Kids Ministry
Partnering with parents to raise a generation in Christ
We want the children that walk through the doors of Harbor City Church to understand and believe from a young age that there is nothing better in life than Jesus, and from there we desire to see our kids walk faithfully with Jesus every day of their lives. Think about what that would mean for our city, our country, and the world if we raised up a generation committed to the gospel because they’ve already learned that Jesus is enough.
And we want you to be a part of this. We want volunteers who will faithfully serve in our Kids ministry every week - teaching our kids to love Jesus, having fun with them, and making sure they stay safe. Below are a variety of ways you can invest in the lives of our kids.
Hospitality
The gospel is offensive and nothing else should be
We believe the sermon starts in the parking lot because everything we do communicates, and hospitality says, “You matter” to our guests. We want to communicate that message loud and clear because people matter a great deal to the God we serve and represent.
Help us represent God’s readiness to welcome people into His family by joining one of these teams in our First Impressions ministry.

Calling our church, our city, and our world to behold the lamb of god
We want to call our church, our city, and our world to behold the greatness of God and the redemptive work of the gospel. The Sunday gathering is a great platform to leverage your gifts and talents for the sake of the gospel.
